First aid knowledge should be available for everyone, in every community

Language barriers shouldn’t prevent anyone from gaining life-saving skills. We’re developing a range of resources to help every community feel more confident in techniques such as CPR.

Download our translated posters and advice cards for free. They’re helpful visual guides to display in spaces such as community hubs, places of worship, and language schools.

This video gives first aid advice in Urdu. It includes several techniques which could save a life if someone collapses with a cardiac arrest. Watch Zehra, an Operational First Aider, demonstrate how to carry out a Primary Survey, give CPR, use a defibrillator, and put a someone in the recovery position.
